Thank you for bringing this our attention. We have a way to extract some of the data you are looking under our reporting tool available under Reporting menu> Classic Reporting> New report> Study.
Under this tool you can create a report and extract some of the data like total of expedited submissions processed between specific time periods, etc.
Regarding the data to to see how many meetings were handled by the IRB in 2023, you can see a list view of the meetings for 6 months at once under Meeting menu and select List view. From there you can navigate to the months desired in 6 months view.

I haven't worked directly with reporting in Cayuse much but there are a few things I need to add up at the end of each year. I have just been using manual work arounds (sometimes tracking in a separate spreadsheet) but I am curious if anyone might know of ways this can be done currently in Cayuse reporting.
At the end of every year, I need to find:
- total # of convened IRB meetings held
- attendance for each IRB member
- total # of each review type assigned to all IRB meetings
- total # of primary reviews completed by an IRB member
- total # of expedited reviews completed by an IRB member
