Almost every time I prepare a meeting in Cayuse HE, I run into the same issue. After I've added one or two submissions or made some changes to the meeting agenda or notes section, I get an error message that stops me from being able to continue editing the meeting. So if I have multiple submissions to add to a meeting, I'm only able to get some of them added before I get locked out of editing. I'm able to work in other areas of Cayuse HE. I try to submit a ticket each time it happens, but the issue almost always resolves itself before I get a response from support – within a few hours, so the ticket is marked resolved... but the issue comes back each time.

I'm just wondering if others have had this issue or if it is just me. I'm not sure if there is something about my process that is contributing to the issue.

    Good morning Jennifer,

I have experienced this exact issue on a couple of occasions. I also find that it resolves itself by at least the next morning (depends on what time of day I try to add submissions to an agenda), and the issue does not happen with every agenda, so I am not sure what can be done at this point. Although I am not certain what is causing this annoying glitch, I wish Cayuse would investigate to determine how to permanently resolve this issue from recurring again. If more HE users respond with their experiences regarding this issue, this may help move the needle forward to getting the issue investigated. I appreciate you posting this to the Connect Community. Have a great week.

I can confirm, this exact sequence of events has happened to me at least twice. I haven't been able to discern any pattern to it. Mine locked up for several days. At one point, I merely deleted the whole meeting and started over, which was a significant burden.

No idea how it happens or why. I provided the information I had to Cayuse, but they were not able to help.

Sorry you're having this meeting issue, Jennifer.  I have not experienced this problem.

Good to know it resolves itself. However, hope this bug gets fixed so you don't have to encounter it anymore.

    Good morning everyone,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. This is an item that has been reported in the past few months and we're currently working to make some changes in this area of Human Ethics. We are currently working on a release that will bring these changes to the product and expect this issue to improve if not be resolved completely.

We are also waking on a set of notes that will list all the changes we have incorporated into this new release.  You should be receiving an email within the next week or two with a release date for this new version.

    Thank you for your collaboration.

I just want to take a moment to say that I have used Cayuse HE for a couple of years now and I have noticed a real change (and tremendous improvement!) in transparency and assistance from the support team at Cayuse. We really appreciate it! Amongst the issues I've seen changed and improved are system stability, user friendliness, and usability. It has helped a lot and I would honestly say that I've gone from feeling frustrated quite often by the software to now seeing it as being a useful and versatile tool. While there are still improvements that I would like to see, my opinion has dramatically shifted on the product.

That's a credit to all the engineers and developers at Cayuse HE who have been working behind the scenes to improve this product. We don't say it often enough, and there are still changes I'd like to see, but you all have made tremendous strides in the past two years. THANK YOU!!!
