If I haven't met you yet, I'd like to introduce myself. I'm the product manager for Animal Oversight, Hazard Safety and the Vivarium suite. I'm really interested in learning more about Cayuse can improve the minutes and agenda functionality.
We are releasing a new feature to allow institutions to export and manage their minutes and agendas separately. During implementation or via Support tickets, we can configure those documents per your institutional needs. For examples, some institutions I work with display PI names on the agenda but not the minutes.
I'd love to hear your thoughts, ideas, and feedback on how we can improve this feature.

My institution is new to Cayuse, and I too have issues with the limited content that is pulled into the agenda and minutes. Everything that is going to an assigned meeting should be pulled in whether it has been reviewed or not.

We haven't been using either the agenda or minutes feature because of content limitations and also complications/extra steps we would have to incorporate into the protocol review process (if i recall correctly, there was something that prevented a protocol from being listed on the agenda and still under review at the same time--or some other issue along those lines). It's possible in the intervening years that improvements have been made, but I haven't yet explored them.

My question came up during the user meeting this week and so I am curious. Does anyone happen to use the agenda and meeting minutes tool in Animal Ops? My institution does all of our minutes and agenda work outside of the system and so it isn't something I have explored very much.
Is it helpful to capture the standard minute information? How flexible is it for things like agenda changes or adding/removing items?
I would be curious to hear of other's experience using it.
