I think it would be a great product enhancement suggestion. I think there has been discussion that the letter templates might someday include the option to include fields from the application. For example, we manually enter the number of subjects the study is approved to enroll (because most of our PIs are students and need the reminder not to overenroll.)
But for now, I think the short answer is yes you have to type the list if you feel you need it in the letter or minutes.

My Institution is new to Human Ethics. Our current system pulls in a listing of each document submitted into the agenda, minutes and approval letters. I am just curious what other sites do to show what was approved especially on the minutes and approval letters, do you manually type them in?
