Bachelor's degree and five years' experience in the management of sponsored projects accounts, including public, private, and industry funders. Demonstrated ability to work both as a team member and independently without continuous supervision. Demonstrated ability to work with overlapping projects and with sensitive and confidential information. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, and to work skillfully in a deadline drive, customer-service oriented office. Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, Adobe Professional, along with the ability to navigate various online portals and systems. Five (5) years of progressively responsible pre-award and/or post-award grants management experiences. Experience working within an Academic Medical Center or Medical School. Experience supporting tenure or tenure-track faculty members. Knowledge of UT Austin's financial and/or research management systems is a plus.
$65,000 + depending on qualifications
