  • 1.  Need to Edit Account Username

    I am using SP 4.0.  A user was set up incorrectly and we have SSO.  The  user's email address was set up as the account  login and now the user cannot log in.  Is there a way to edit the account information in that field?

    Only support can update the User Account ID.  We've had to submit multiple tickets to them for update User Account and they usually do it with just a few hours.
