  • 1.  Best way to label SSO vs Local login links

    Most of our Cayuse users are configured for SSO logins. And we have a few who will use Local logins. This presents some challenges in labeling the login links on web pages and in emails, the goal being not to confuse the users any further.

    Has anyone worked through this and come up with labels that make sense to the users?

    Ex.

    Our webpage might have two login buttons like so:

    [Cayuse SSO Login]   [Cayuse Local Login]

    And then we'd some copy on the page explaining that SSO login is for those who have Wright State University accounts, and Local login is for those who do not. Or something like that.

    @David McMeans I think your plans is likely the best one.  We will have to do the same thing, as we have a small number of local login personnel who will have the Guest accounts.  We will have to do a label similar to what you are describing.
