Our current IACUC protocol form asks PIs to list the agency that performed (or is performing) reviewed the scientific merit of the proposed experiments. We are in the process of transitioning to the Cayuse Animal Oversight platform and I haven't seen anything that explicitly asks this question - am I overlooking it? Or are you documenting this in a different way?
