My name is John Farley and I'm a Professional Services Consultant at Cayuse and I wanted to share a tip with you all on adding a default summary plan to Vet Care plan templates.
1. Log into the Vet Care Application in the Vet or AHEALTH role and go to the Setup Vet Care Dictionaries.2. Click on Plan Templates, highlight an existing template, and click edit.3. Fill out the Default Plan Summary section of the template and click Save. Many users copy and paste the Plan Long Summary into the Default Plan.4. When in Case Management and you go to the Plan Summary Page, select Use Template. Select the appropriate template to use and click Save Changes. The new added Default Plan Summary will be added to the Plan Summary sections of the page along with all activities associated with template.
