A ticket has already been submitted but reaching out if anyone is also experiencing a similar issue of unable to "Save" a decision/approval of a submission after you held a meeting? We click Save but nothing happens.
We have tried the process in Incognito Window and same, nothing. Really would like to send out our letter to our PI before they question and everything tumbles.
