We have been experiencing the same issue, and submitted a Support Ticket on Monday. The response provided to us was that this would be fixed Q1 2024. I now have a meeting scheduled with our CSM on Friday to hopefully resolve this issue as it is preventing us from stamping multiple consent documents and enrolling participants.

For stamped documents, anyone know how or if we are able to modify the stamp? Ours says "Root" on the top then Approval Date and Expiration Date. We would like to change the "Root" to our institution's name, if possible.
