I'm wondering if anyone has a way to include a list of the current study team in the Renewal.

We would love for it to be like a Modification where it is automatically pulled in, but Renewals don't work that way or I have missed something key in creating the submission template.

    Regards,

    Darcy

    Hi Darcy,

I don't have a solution but I'm just jumping in to second this.  We don't have a good way to do this either and would LOVE for the personnel to be pulled in during the renewal process.  This would save us a lot of time.

    Thanks,

    Shannon

For Full Board Renewals, we actually pull the entire most recent version of the protocol to provide to the reviewers, and it is a giant hassle. I really wish that the system would attach the most recent version of the protocol to all submissions.

Are you referring to Human Ethics? Personnel seem to carry over. PIs continually do not take off people I know have left (eye roll). I have a separate database documentation (have for 11 years), copy and paste names and training dates into my analyst comments box in the Cayuse checklist.
