Thank you. Is there a time frame where this might be accomplished?

Hello everyone,
We are currently in a design phase of new functionality to be introduced in future versions of IRB product where we will allow configuration for recipients in letters. These recipients can be role based from the study, review board members or specific recipient email address that can be selected to receive a copy.We hope this future functions can solve some of the current needs.
Thank you as always for your feedback

Good morning Tina,
That is a great question. I have customized all of my letter/email templates in Human Ethics to Bcc me on all emails once they are released by Cayuse. I hope this helps. If you need more guidance, feel free to contact me off-list. Thanks.

I can't figure out how to default an email on an approval letter in Human Ethics. (My approvers can't seem to remember to copy me when creating the letters). I keep track of statistics; it's quite time consuming to have to go back to every protocol to see if it was approved. A default cc email would be helpful.
