    • Ethnicity

    • Citizenship

Supplementary Unit & External Organization data, including:

    • Sponsor Primary Codes

    • Sponsor Org type

    Task Attachment Management:

SP ad hoc tasks now feature a convenient section for uploading attachment files, enabling you to seamlessly integrate relevant documents into your tasks.

Enjoy the freedom to add up to 9 files per task, simplifying the management of multiple attachments within the application.

Users with appropriate edit access can easily add or delete attachments, streamlining collaboration and ensuring data accuracy throughout the research administration process.

Last but certainly not least, the system now allows for attachments up to 75 MB in size.

    Improved Search Functionality:

Rest assured, we have enhanced the person search component, utilizing a "fuzzy" search method for more flexible and intuitive search results.  More improvements to your search experience are in the works, so stay tuned for upcoming announcements soon!

    Chelsea,

Do you have a timeline on when these enhancements will be deployed to prod?

Also, the fields listed in the enhancement are sensitive fields within our institution.  Is there any way to protect access to those fields in the in-app reporting?  Not everyone who has access to the in-app reporting should have access to fields such as gender, employee ID, etc.

    Hi @Richelle Schwaller,

Chelsea is out for American Thanksgiving, but will be back next week and I'll make sure she sees your (very good) questions. Thanks for asking them!

    Hi again @Richelle Schwaller,

I spoke to the Product team and they're planning to update SP in UAT to allow only SP SysAdmins to have access to the following data:

    • ethnicity
    • employee id
    • gender
    • citizenship

We don't have a date yet on that update in UAT or when the release to Production will be, but I hope this is good news! Let me know if you have other questions.
