As the Training and Education Manager, you will demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal skills, collaboration and involvement in order to develop, maintain and provide education programs for Research departments and other Inova Health System Clinician Researchers. To help achieve our mission, you will consistently apply Lean thinking to departmental operations to enhance services. Creating an environment for professional development of research staff while ensuring the successful application of proven adult learning principles is required. Your ability to manage Inova Health System's Office of Research education program in order to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency, including development, organization, marketing and implementation, is of vital importance. Developing, maintaining, and demonstrating leadership and knowledge in the management of research, quality improvement processes, and compliance is essential. This position is hybrid remote and in-person hours are negotiable for the right candidate.
