Hello, all. The University of Georgia is evaluating vendors that have COI/outside interest disclosure modules.
We would like a system that will be used for annual certifications where individuals can make required disclosures pursuant to our policies. This would include approval of the outside activities that are related to the discloser's institutional responsibilities; therefore, we would like the system to automatically route to the administrator/reviewer (possibly 2 levels of review- school chair then dean or dean's designee) for review.
Once approved, we would need COI (possibly export) review to be triggered based on the responses within each disclosure.
If any institution uses the Cayuse outside interest module for disclosure, review/approval, and COI/other ancillary review, I'd be extremely interested in speaking with you regarding your experience.
