  • 1.  Inventions module and CRMs: how is everyone handling tracking for marketing effort?

    Hi everyone,
        We are starting to implement the inventions module and wanted to see how users track customer relationships for potential commercialization?  Our CTO would like to be able to track resources and actions with them for monthly reporting.  We aren't sure if we will be able to have that type of tracking in Cayuse, or if there is a CRM that others are using with Cayuse?
