    I am working to review the language we use in our Cayuse HE messages (emails and notifications) and noticed that there is a NOTIFICATION for "Assigned Analyst Has Changed" but that there is nothing for this under EMAILS.

    We noticed early on that when the analyst is changed no email alert is sent to the new analyst and developed a process to email one another when that happens, but I had never noticed that this existed under notifications. I'm just curious if others using HE have noticed this or if it is possible that your institution does have this under EMAILS?

    Hi Jenny,

    We also have this available under Notifications only; there's no email for when an analyst changes.
