  • 1.  Disappearing Form Rules?

    All of the Rules for routing our Proposal and Award forms in SP 4.0 seem to have vanished. The last published date of the forms hasn't changed. We're in touch with support but wondering if anyone else has experienced this!

    The same thing is happening at Western Michigan University.  I submitted a trouble ticket for it on Monday.

    Thank you, everyone for posting about the issue with routing on SP.

    Cayuse has investigated and found an issue with the SP 4.0 Forms and Routing in the US Production environment.  We are taking steps today to resolve this issue.  Please look for more information via email if you have been affected by this issue.  We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience with this matter.
