Our institution completed the implementation and have a production site to utilize OI.

Unfortunately, we have been unable to establish the link.  The link that we obtained via the CITI Program Administrator was an ADS v2 link that must be modified by CAYUSE to convert to allow the auto download feature.

Cayuse is not familiar with this option and we are at a stand still.  Any suggestions?
