Kaiser Permanente's Division of Research, located in Oakland, CA, is seeking applicants for an experienced pre- and post-award Research Administrator.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Both pre-award and post-award research administrator experience within a large research department, preparing proposals and managing grants and contracts from NIH, State agencies, private foundations and pharmaceutical/biotech companies.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to handle high volume in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Certified Research Administrator (CRA).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Cayuse, and Peoplesoft.
