The Managing Proposal Analyst leads a dedicated team of four Proposal Analysts as part of the Office for Sponsored Research and Award Administration (OSRAA- https://research.oregonstate.edu/osraa). Your time will be split between working on high-impact complex proposals and facilitating your team's success in reviewing 2000 proposals each year. We are looking for someone who creates in a team-oriented environment through collaboration with our campus partners, supports the growth and development of the team through training and advancement, and manages workflows to generate research success. Research funding topped $450M last fiscal year and we are looking to grow this team's success!
