The State University of New York at New Paltz Office of Sponsored Programs and Research Compliance is currently seeking an Accounts Payable and Purchasing Manager.
The AP/PO Manager is responsible for managing the purchasing and accounts payable activity related to all campus sponsored activity. The manager ensures compliance with relevant rules and regulations, conducts campus training of funding recipients, monitors all AP/PO activity, and serves as functional lead on system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation of new applications, updating policies, procedures, and forms.
