    Ball State University welcomes applications for an Electronic Research Administrator (eRA) Systems Coordinator to join our Office of Sponsored Projects Administration (SPA).     The eRA systems coordinator will
    manage electronic research administration (eRA) systems and databases, including providing data reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, as well as ad hoc reports as requested;
    is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of data in eRA systems for required reporting to
    both external stakeholders and partners within the institution;
    will maintain high levels of knowledge and expertise on current systems of record (e.g., Cayuse
    Research Suite) for all offices within the Office of Research, including Sponsored Projects Administration (SPA) and the Office of Research Integrity (ORI);
    trains stakeholders within both the unit and the University on systems interface as needed.

    Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

    Minimum Experience: At least one year of experience in working with data in database formats; experience in the creation, maintenance, and tracking of electronic filing systems; experience in data organization and interpretation; technical knowledge of spreadsheets, including the use of formulas and tables.

    Minimum Other: Excellent technological skills; able to confidently interact with and complete tasks using computer-based technologies; proficient mathematical and computer skills; experience using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel; able to produce detailed, accurate work within time constraints.
