Our close-knit and inclusive proposal support team in the College of Engineering is committed to true work-life balance within the team. This allows us to work a flexible 40-hour week, take vacations or just an afternoon off, and cover when someone is sick. This classified staff position provides annual 4-5% salary increases within the 10-step range (currently $54,084 – $82,956) and is eligible for overtime pay on the rare occasion it might be needed. All OSU employees qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.
