Yes, I have- and it's not hard. But I did use Grants.gov and created a workspace and did it that way. Has the original university formally relinquished? You're going to need to know how much you are applying for, after all. I've found, as is the way in these matters, that coordinating with the other research administrators involved will get you better results ;)

Hello, collective wisdom resources!
We have a new assistant professor moving here in January, and she's bringing a USDA REE-NIFA grant with her. She's been told we'll have to submit a transfer application via Grants.gov using "the AFRI PD Transfer RFA, that has the Funding Opportunity Number associated with the PD Transfer Application…" They can't give us the RFA number because it will be in FY24, and they keep "patting her head" saying, "don't you worry about it; we'll give you all the instructions you need." I'm naturally starting to hyperventilate.
Has anyone done one of these in the past, and were you able to do it via Cayuse?
