    PRIMARY FUNCTION:
    Assist the T JU community with proposal submissions for the purpose of securing research grant funding. Accurately review proposals prior to submission and thoroughly review grant awards for appropriateness prior to award set-up. It is ORA's responsibility to ensure compliance of proposals/awards with both sponsor and T JU policies and procedures.


    Qualifications
    EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Management or like field)

    • A minimum of two - five years experience in grants administration, both federal and non-federal.
    • A thorough knowledge of Uniform Guidance, NIH policies and procedures, the Bayh-Dole Act and the issues surrounding intellectual property.
    • Proven ability to communicate effectively.
    • Experience with Word and Excel helpful.
