The Senior Proposal Coordinator coordinates all aspects of grant proposal submission, including budget review, compliance review, electronic submissions, and award setup. This role works closely with research coordinators and their principal investigators, as well as university leadership, to ensure proposals meet sponsor, state, and federal requirements while supporting efficient internal review, approval processes, and award set-up. The position also provides guidance and customer service related to research funding and proposal resources. This is a full-time position based in San Marcos, with remote work available as an option in accordance with university policies.
