    Research Support Services at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center has a job opening for a grant coordinator.

     The position will be responsible for working with customers (faculty, administrative staff and colleagues) to gather necessary documents, coordinating the entire grant application and submitting through internal and external processes.

    Starting salary for this position is $54,232 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

     

    Required Education and Experience

    1. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in grant preparation and editing; or
    2. Associate's degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in grant preparation and editing.

    NOTE:
    Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    The preferred candidate will have previous experience with grant submissions to NIH or other funding sponsors. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products. Self-starter with ability to seek answers from appropriate federal compliance, grant guidance and technical experts.

     

    This job may also be eligible for flexible working hours and a hybrid or remote working environment.
