The School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment seeks an experienced candidate for Pre-Award Research Advancement. The primary role of the Research Advancement Administrator, Senior (RAA, Sr) is to provide a high level of support to research investigators in the area of proposal preparation. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate excellent customer service skills and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment (SSEBE) is part of the eight schools of Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. The SSEBE Research Advancement team is a high-functioning team focused on quality customer service, with built-in leadership support, and professional development. In this position, you will primarily be responsible for preaward administration. You will assist investigators on appropriate sponsor guidelines and university policies, fostering a supportive environment. For many proposals, you will primarily work with individual faculty and/or other department staff to develop proposals. Additionally, you would also support large proposals, which involve teams of investigators, proposal managers, and multiple subcontractor institutions.
