Hi everyone,

Every two weeks we highlight recent product ideas that have been submitted by Cayuse users. This week, we have an extra-long list because we've been migrating ideas submitted via other systems so it's all in one place here. 

Here are the ideas submitted in the last two weeks:

Animal Oversight:

• Use Date entered when a protocol is set to Expire Now in Cayuse Animal Oversight
• Have the Admin site administration default to Fullname and Contains in Cayuse Animal Oversight
• Ability to edit an amendment administratively when PI submits in Cayuse Animal Oversight
• Improve Add from my list of Non-surgical procedures usability in Cayuse Animal Oversight
• Protocol Preview - Add revision and version numbers in Cayuse Animal Oversight
• View pending protocols at all times in Cayuse Animal Oversight
• See the reviewer comments while logged in as IACUC Office and editing a protocol/amendment in Cayuse Animal Oversight
• Editing the line item in multirecord tables in Cayuse Animal Oversight
• Ability to Edit a protocol and add reviewer comments in the same window in Cayuse Animal Oversight
• Private Notes Field should be visible to the IACUC Office and IACUC Members but not the PI in Cayuse Animal Oversight
• Increase Character Limit in IACUC Hazardous Category List Dictionary - Hazardous Category field in Cayuse Animal Oversight

Fund Manager:

• Notifications / status report enhancements in Cayuse Fund Manager

Human Ethics:

• Search studies by Investigator in Cayuse Human Ethics
• Person Finders - read-only/view access of the existing Assignment property in Cayuse Human Ethics
• Limit the HE Letter Template Name Field in Cayuse Human Ethics

Multiple applications:

• Have the grid tools display at the top of the grid in all dictionary list items in multiple applications
• Office Workflow View - Hide Voting Member Column in multiple applications

Platform:

• User Profiles-Profile Type in Cayuse Platform
• Admin/Platform Org Type in Cayuse Platform
• Dashboard on the Cayuse home page with all of the available modules as tiles in Cayuse Platform
• Ability to change user email address in Cayuse Platform

Repository:

• REF report in Cayuse Repository
• Improve People list display in Cayuse Repository
• Refine Add related output suggested values in Cayuse Repository

Sponsored Projects:

• Department admin view - 'Proposals In My Unit' project name search tool not useful in Cayuse Sponsored Projects
• Add Automatic Notification to Proposal Creator if Record is Returned to In Development in Cayuse Sponsored Projects
• Award Modifications/Increments locks down as a new - like to see a Force Save option in Cayuse Sponsored Projects
• Option to backfill fields in earlier proposals in Cayuse Sponsored Projects

Vet Care:

• Enhance the ability to define a schedule in Cayuse Vet Care

Vivarium Operations:

• Add Facility Supervisor to Standing Order Workflow in Cayuse Vivarium Operations
• Option to retain all cards when less animals are received than original order in Cayuse Vivarium Operations
