The School of Biological and Health Systems Engineering (SBHSE) Research Advancement (RA) Team is looking for individuals interested in making a difference in the world by directly supporting researchers who are making globally impactful advances in research and is seeking a career with various opportunities for growth.
The Research Advancement Administrator position will have the responsibility of assisting Fulton School of Engineering (FSE) faculty with the development, preparation, and submission of sponsored project proposals to various funding agencies. In this role the candidate would not be responsible for technical content, rather they would be supporting faculty in the administrative aspects of proposal development and submission. This position is expected to provide high-level support for the 7 Schools within the FSE.
The Research Advancement Administrator Senior position is primarily dedicated to pre-award administration but will include limited post-award functions. The successful candidate is responsible for the development, preparation, and submission of sponsored project proposals to various funding agencies across all engineering schools. This position requires people skills and leadership. A demeanor that is friendly, encouraging, and helpful is essential. It is important to be able to work with people with a wide range of diversity of background, skill level, culture, and language. This position is expected to provide high-level support for the 7 Schools within the Fulton School of Engineering (FSE), as well as assist with special projects.
