The UW Oshkosh Office of Sponsored Programs is seeking a Pre-Award Grants & Contracts Manager. This position will work PIs to ensure extramural grant proposals are submitted in compliance with sponsor and institutional policies, assist faculty with funding searches, develop budgets and various proposal components, and provide training and outreach. Award phase functions include those necessary to establish new grant awards and to ensure a seamless workflow from Pre-Award to Post-Award. This position also reviews contracts and agreements to ensure alignment with federal regulations and institutional policies and is directly responsible for developing new policies and procedures for optimal functioning of the unit.
Flexibility will be considered for remote and/or hybrid work schedules.
