    Hiring and welcome qualified applicants to apply to join my team. Seeking an experienced policy administration candidate for the position of Policy Development Manager. The position will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and updating institutional policies to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and statutes. The position involves proactive monitoring of regulatory changes that affect higher education, analyzing their impact on the institution, and facilitating policy adjustments to mitigate compliance risks. The role will focus on ensuring policies are effectively communicated and adhered to across the institution.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business Administration, Compliance or related field required.
    • Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation or equivalent preferred.
    • 7-10 years' related experience (preferred)
    • Strong proficiency in excel, data analysis and data visualization
    • Experience interpreting regulatory language
    • Documented experience developing and facilitating educational sessions and trainings; managing and monitoring an Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to forge successful relationships with diverse faculty, staff, and external partners
