The Department Coordinator for the Office of Research supports the Vice Provost for Research (VPR) and the functioning of the Office of Research. Duties include managing the VPR's meeting schedule, maintaining budgets, providing logistical support for research, overseeing procurement, facilitating internal and external communications and marketing, and various special projects and ad hoc tasks. Support is also provided to the Associate Vice Provost for Research (AVPR). This individual liaises with all academic departments and administrative units. The ideal candidate is a team player, exhibiting initiative, professionalism, confidentiality, clear communication, and the ability to utilize technology.
