I started here at OU when that portion of our Cayuse implementation was mostly complete (smart girl!) but I did handle the actual roll-out to campus. Then later I mostly coordinated the post-award module implementation. We will be happy to answer your questions.
As for NSF, we submit through research.gov. Or at least I do....
