    Howdy, all!

I submitted this to Support in case they had any information, but thought I'd post here as well to see if anyone had received additional information.

As I'm sure most have seen, Grants.gov is migrating to the cloud and will be down from September 23rd to September 29th (a full week). My understanding is that Grants.gov is working agencies to adjust receipt times, closing dates and other opportunity information to accommodate this, but wanted to bring this topic here for discussion in case others have received specific guidance.

    Thanks!
    Lyndal

    Hi Lyndal,
I called grants.gov customer support and they confirmed that no submissions will be possible during the downtimes specified on the grants.gov calendar: https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/support/calendar.html.
The grants.gov customer support representative told me they are working with the various agencies to adjust submission deadlines in an effort to minimize disruption. The representative told me that anyone applying for opportunities scheduled to close during the outage period should submit early or request an extension from the appropriate agency.
