General Discussions

Hello, we have only had our Ethics system for a year but are already considering data storage and retention of student records. Obviously records need to be kept on the system for the regulatory time but we do not see how the current system can copy with 'archiving' records. I open this up for discussion with all UK Universities of how they have dealt with or are going to deal with in the future. I also would like Cayuse to consider this with their modernisation program next year.  This could also cover discussion on reporting, past student/staff data, and reporting issues of this data. Has anyone experienced their system running 'slow' over time as data builds up? Emma Marrow ARU
