  • 1.  Cayuse System Stability Issues in the UK

    Hello Cayuse,

    We have an increasing number of issues now relating to system stability (a re-occurrence from earlier in the year) i.e. reports not updating, funding applications showing incorrect status (ticket raised 23 Feb), costings not pulling through onto reports correctly. This combined with what appears to be a lack of urgency to resolve, is giving significant cause for concern.

    We were informed that a fix was attempted unsuccessfully last weekend. Other than being informed mid week 'That fix did not work and our IT team are working with our Product team on an alternative solution which is being treated as high priority by us. We will provide any relevant updates to you where necessary' we have no insight into the underlying cause, the plan to resolve or when we can expect these issues to be resolved by.  <o:p></o:p>

    We are also still awaiting a response from the Regional Senior Lead to an email sent 12 May. <o:p></o:p>

    Hi Kim,

    We've had the same long-standing problem with Ethics Monitor dashboards not updating and last week's fix not working.

    On the bright side, at least we now know it's a wider problem than just Edge Hill's instance...
