We recently had a shipment that was one mouse short than the original order.  When attempting to process the receipts due screen, because the order was short Cayuse is requiring that one of the cage cards be eliminated.  But, we will be still using the same number of cage cards with one cage being short one mouse.  How can we clear the receipt and not need to lose one cage card?

We had the same issue. I submitted a ticket to Cayuse and they fixed the problem.

I guess I should give a little more detail. They fixed it so we had the option to discard a card or not.

    Hello Michael,

When you are receiving the item, and state that a partial Shipment was Received, at the bottom, just before listing the cage cards printed for the order, it will state '# of Cards to Discard' and it should be 0. The system will still display the cards printed for the order to allow you to discard any if needed.

    Hi Shelley:

Thank you for your comment.  When I attempt it the attached error message pops up.  It will not accept it.  If you have any other resolutions, please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Mike
