  • 1.  Annual Check-In's When serving as IRB of Record

    I'm in the middle of building out the Cayuse Smartforms for my institution. A question came up today and I was hoping o get some feedback here to see what others are asking in their forms. So, when a study team submits their annual check-in and there are multiple sites are you collecting/asking any additional information about the relying sites for check-in purposes? Hopefully, that makes sense

    Hi, Yes I do ask about enrollment numbers for all sites and about any unreported complaints, unanticipated problems, protocol deviations, etc. I also have it in our review checklist to check for this when it is a multi-site study.
