I don't see any options like this in IRB, unfortunately. Am I missing them? This would be really helpful sometimes...

Once an IACUC or IBC protocol is approved, you can not send it back to the Office review cycle. One option is to copy the protocol to a new one and close the accidentally approved protocol. If this is a new protocol, you can follow the below steps:
- As Office, under Protocol Actions, select the protocol. At the top, click "Copy Protocol to New Document"
- This will transfer the protocol information to a new protocol. Review information and save each page to get your green checkmarks
- Submit for the review process
- To close out the other protocol, go to the Actions Menu . . .
- Under Protocol Search, search for the protocol, by the protocol number
- Select the protocol and at the top right, click Change Status
- Set status to Expired with date and Reason for Change

I mistakenly approved a protocol as expedited, but now need to change to full board. How do I accomplish this?
Thank you.
