The Social Science Research Services (SSRS) is the home of the Centers for Demography and Ecology (CDE) and Demography of Health and Aging (CDHA), both funded by the NIH, college, and university. In addition, SSRS is also the home of the Social Science Computing Cooperative (SSCC), the Wisconsin Longitudinal Study (WLS), and the secure federal Research Data Center (WiscRDC). In addition to supporting affiliates of CDE and CDHA, SSRS also provides research administrative support to other social science departments in L&S, predominantly Sociology and Public Affairs.
SSRS In the College of Letters & Science (L&S) at UW-Madison is seeking a Post Award Accountant through the new L&S "pod" structure, so it will be a divisional position supporting SSRS, CDE, CDHA, and the social sciences. This is a flexible schedule position with the option of some remote work, and the possibility of eventually being fully remote.
