  • 1.  URGENT - Proposals Overriding Other Proposals

    Hello,

    This is an issue I've run into a few times. Occasionally, a new proposal in sponsored programs will override the data in previous in-development proposals. In the attached photo, the projects in the red box have the same information populated, except the title, which never changed from its original (i.e. Proposal #24-0020-P0001 was originally titled Sacred Heart University Teacher Residency Program). The other proposal with the same name (in yellow, #24-0014-P0001) was the original proposal of that title, whose information was overridden by #24-0018-P0001. I created #24-0020-P0001 thinking its original had been deleted, but I realize it was overridden by #24-0018-P0001. 

    Can anyone help with this? Why would this be happening?
