  • 1.  Subrecipient Contract Questionnaire

    Hi, all!  Anyone have a good subrecipient contract questionnaire that you use?  See the attached. Is that type of form in one of the Cayuse modules?  If so, which module is it?  If you use Cayuse for this form, what are the advantages/disadvantages?  I am not in post-award nor am I in the Contracts and Purchasing Office, but I've been asked about the attached and if it should be updated or modified.  Any feedback?
