Salary Range: $60,288 - $94,140

The Subaward Contract and Compliance Officer is part of a subaward team responsible for the drafting, negotiation, and execution of outgoing subaward agreements issued under OSU’s portfolio of sponsored projects from federal, state, non-profit, and other flow-through prime sponsors. In addition to contracting responsibilities, this role ensures ongoing evaluation of external subrecipient organizations for compliance and financial risk, implementing management plans or other monitoring steps as part of OSU’s subrecipient monitoring program. The Subaward Contract and Compliance Officer also provides faculty, staff, researchers, and external collaborators with policy interpretation and guidance on contractual, administrative, and financial issues arising during the life of a subaward.
