    The Senior Grant and Contract Analyst will work closely with internal program staff, assessing in long term strategy, operation and re-allocation of grants. Monitor, analyze and reports variances, expenditures and trends. Develops cost and funding analysis. Monitors compliance with grand funding regulations.
    • Review proposals to ensure that they are in compliance with University policy, sponsor regulations, and compliant with federal and state law.
    • Responsible for proposal submission including, but not limited to, ensuring accuracy of budgets, institutional commitments, securing appropriate internal reviews and approvals for regulatory compliance, documenting collaborative arrangements.
    • Conduct Pre-Award negotiations with sponsor representatives.
    • Supports investigators in responding to Just-In-Time requests.
    • Ensures files are complete for awarded applications, secures missing information from principal investigators and/or administrators.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned, including support on special projects, as required.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree and four (4) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
