The Social Science Research Services (SSRS) in the College of Letters and Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support its Centers for Demography and Ecology and Demography of Health & Aging, along with the other social science departments. The official title is Sponsored Programs, Grants & contracts Compliance Specialist (SC028) and starting salary will be between $50,000-$62,000, depending on qualifications and experiences. We will consider full-time and part-time, 75%-100%, partially remote (some onsite work required).
The Center for Demography and Ecology (CDE) and Center for Demography of Health and Aging (CDHA) are multi-disciplinary cooperatives promoting demographic research and graduate training in the population sciences. CDE is funded by the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development and CDHA is funded by the National Institute on Aging. Together, they support research activities that span the full life course. CDHA and CDE enjoy a long-established collaboration with roughly half of affiliates having membership with both centers. The Social Science Research Services (SSRS) is the administrative home department of both Centers, and SSRS provides research administration services to all social science departments in the College of Letters and Science. SSRS is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join their friendly, supportive, and dynamic team, to provide grant administration support to investigator affiliates.
