We are wondering what products or software applications are being used at your institutions to facilitate the review of research service agreements (and similar agreements). We would like to utilize a product that would allow multiple 'editors' (or reviewers) access to the agreement (and likely simultaneous access to edit). We also need to track which units/individuals need to review and approve (and the date when such reviews are complete).
So, we are looking for an editing and tracking application for the review of research service agreements. What are your thoughts and/or suggestions?
