FYI We have found that leap day (February 29) has messed a bit with expiration dates.
Hi Tina! What have you noticed? I thought I had a few studies that were pulling in 1 full year as the expiration date rather than 1 year minus a day (I'll put an example below)... but I've only caught it a few times and I could not be certain what the default had been!
A). 1 year
- Renewal approved 3/15/2024 and the default expiration pulling in was 3/15/2025
B). 1 year minus a day
- Renewal was approved 3/15/2024 and the default expiration used to be 3/14/2025
I thought that option B was the default in Cayuse, but have had a few where it was pulling in option A. We use option B for setting expiration dates, so I've had a few renewals that I had to go in and manually change the date.
Curious what you have noticed though!

One of my colleagues fixed the issue under Application Settings. We have been fixing the dates manually as they come up.
